This should not actually be a tremendously hard Izzat, for a couple of reasons. One, it may not be hard to identify the base that this car is formed from. And second, I came across this particular car as a link from a mainstream website that linked to another mainstream website (in other words, it’s basically hiding in plain sight).

But the story behind it is compelling and just goes to show that development of a vehicle can come from outside of an organization (by individuals) as well as they can from within that organization.

    So, what Izzat (specifically)?

As a means to give his thread a “Bump” and to solve the mystery, there is a link to the article about the car under the images above.

So, you are voting for “Detestful, KK? LOL

When you consider that the bodywork was accomplished in private hands with an eye for racing as opposed to aesthetics, does that change how you might view it?

Well… there’s definitely a Porsche 356 that was kidnapped and is being held against its will underneath that “bodywork”.  The bodywork itself looks like a deranged Frenchman took some designer hallucinogens and washed them down with a quart of tequila before, um, creating that mess.

    Will investigate further…

Update:  if I had a certain polymer-framed handgun, I’d shoot the sumbitch with it.  And maybe the designer too.

Leave it to The ‘Burg to pick up the strong scent on this one!
